Privacy Policy — CDL Wizard

CDL Wizard ("the app") is published by CDL School Online, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes what information the app handles. The short version: we do not collect your personal information.

What the app stores

  

All of your study data — practice test scores, exam results, missed questions, and study session progress — is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.

 

What we do not do

  

  - We do not require an account. There is nothing to sign up for.

  - We do not collect names, email addresses, locations, or contact details.

  - We do not sell or share data with third parties.

  - We do not show third-party advertising.

 

Purchases

If you buy an upgrade inside the app, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never receive your payment details or identity. To confirm and restore purchases we use a purchase-management service (RevenueCat); it receives only an anonymous, randomly generated app identifier and the record of what was purchased, never your name, email, or payment information.

 

Children

 

The app is intended for adults preparing for a commercial driver's license and is not directed at children under 13.

  

Not affiliated with any government agency

 

CDL Wizard is a private study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the FMCSA, any state DMV/DOL, or any other government agency. Passing scores in the app do not guarantee passing the official test.
